REFUND POLICY
- Registration cancellations must be notified by email to conference.techSupport@phcc.gov.qa
- Registration cancellations emails should be sent from the same email used to register to IPHCC 2025 website and should include the payment confirmation Order ID included in the Order Confirmation email sent after the payment was made.
- Cancellations received 30 days prior to the event will receive a refund of the registration fees, with an administration charge of 25% of the total fee
- Cancellations made after 30 days prior to the event, as well as 'no shows', are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 60 days after the event completion date.
- Refunds will be made through bank to the original credit card used to make the payment.
- Registration refunds are not granted for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events, or early departure.
