Dr. Muhamad Alherk is a Consultant Clinical Pathologist and the Clinical Lead of Pathologists at the Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC). In this leadership role, he oversees the professional development and clinical performance of pathologists across PHCC laboratories, ensuring the highest standards of diagnostic accuracy and patient safety.
Also, he plays a key role in harmonizing laboratory practices, implementing evidence-based protocols, and fostering a collaborative environment that supports continuous improvement.
In addition to his clinical leadership, Dr. Alherk actively supports the Laboratory Manager in strategic planning, operational oversight, and quality management. He contributes to optimizing laboratory workflows, enhancing resource utilization, and aligning services with PHCC’s broader goals for integrated, patient-centered care. His efforts are instrumental in maintaining CAP and ACI accreditation standards and driving innovation in laboratory medicine.
